My experience was seamless. Nick and Chris were incredibly helpful and patient with my fiancé and myself. It being our first home buying experience, resulted in us having a ton of questions. Nick practically worked around the clock answering questions and walking us through the process. Additionally, the market conditions back in March and April were aggressive. This sometimes required that we had documents handed to agents with less than a 24 hour notice. Nick was eager to help and made the process as easy as possible. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage company to partner with.
