I have used Julia for 2 homes & a morgage refinance. I refer all of my friends and coworkers to her. With my 1st house, we needed a lot of guidance to navigate several issues. Julia stayed in contact with me via email & phone to make sure she answered any question we had. She also gave me a detailed list of deadlines. I'm very organized, but still appreciated her attention to detail. When it came time for my mortgage, she negotiated a better rate then initially quoted saving us a lot of $ over the life of the mortgage.
